::*You're missing the fact that I'm missing the point. You're absolutely right. In fact, I found an article that said they were out on bail by January 1959, but can't find anything that says when this happened. I'm inclined to just avoid the issue altogether for now. Let me know what you think of my quick fix, and thanks for taking the time to read it all. More news soon on other issues.— alf laylah wa laylah (talk) 18:41, 10 March 2014 (UTC)

*Awaiting comments from author, but, in the meantime: this is expanded enough and new enough. I found, comparing to the sources available online, no plagiarism or all-too close paraphrasing. It is an excellent piece of work that we should be proud of. Drmies (talk) 18:39, 10 March 2014 (UTC)

* Minor wikilink has no bearing on anything else. Thanks for the quick edits; on to the main page. You'll note that I have also been reclaiming history in recent edits. So much work still to be done... One more tidbit: I live in Wayne Greenhaw's old house. Ha, I want to add that his wife ran for judge, but it's OR--based on an election poster in our shed. And if you look at First Baptist Church (Montgomery, Alabama), you'll see my daughter sitting on the steps... Seriously, thanks for such article writing. It pains me to read what we've done. Hebrew Benevolent Congregation Temple bombing

5x expanded by Alf.laylah.wa.laylah (talk). Self nominated at 18:33, 9 March 2014 (UTC).

 • Alf, I'm going through this slowly (it's a big article), but I don't see how references 30 and 33 verify that the other three were still in custody: there were still to be tried, sure, but in custody, I don't see it. What am I missing? Drmies (talk) 18:22, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
 • I noted that the Tuscaloosa News article cited toward the end has $100,000 in damages; the earlier-cited NYT article has $200,000. I made a minor tweak but this should perhaps be tweaked more (not that it's that important, but we need to be clear). DYK that my school has an annual Virginia Durr lecture? (Found her name in a book you cited, Rabble Rousers.) Also, you have Claude Sitton linked in one reference but not in another. And can you confirm (in-text) that the McGill editorial is indeed named in the Pulitzer announcement, which lists only one title, "A Church, A School"? Drmies (talk) 18:32, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
 • You're missing the fact that I'm missing the point.
