I'll review. Two issues a) 9 Getreidegasse redirects to Mozart's birthplace, b) I am unsure, but, I think, hook is not very interesting, because it is common that a notable person's birthplace etc will be possessed by his foundation after his death. All places related to Swami Vivekananda, see birthplace of Swami Vivekananda are owned by Ramakrishna Mission, birthplace of Gandhi-ji is now owned by Gandhi foundation.
