Article is long enough, but it fails newness requirement, as it was created in Main Space on 9/17 but was not nominated until 10/3 (e.g., 16 days later). See WP:DYK: "For DYK purposes, a 'new' article is no more than seven days old." Even if this were to be overlooked, the hooks are problematic. The lead hook is not remotely hooky.
