:* New enough, long enough, and well sourced. QPQ not needed as this is the nominator's first DYK. Earwig found 24% overlap but inspection found that this was only from unavoidable set phrases and properly marked direct quotes, so no actual copyvio problems. As someone who has frequently had Banks on my visits to Barbados, I found the hook to be interesting and unexpected. One minor detail: per DYK rules, the sentence stating that d'Aguiar founded Banks Beer needs a footnote (even though it would end up being the same footnote as the following sentence). Since this is so minor I went ahead and made that change rather than requesting another round of editing and review. Good to go. —David Eppstein (talk) 20:25, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
