Timing OK, long enough, no copyvio or plagiarism. Unfortunately the information from the hook doesn't seem to be contained in the article-- or at least, the hook seems to suggest she played with Lego to design the Shard; but the article suggests she played with Lego as a child and then some decades later designed the Shard.
