I wrote that I had reservations regarding the references but charitably took his word for it. The ''content'' itself seemed fine. Didn't think referencing style and other cleanup issues could have so huge a bearing. - 16px Article is new enough and long enough. AGF'ing on the sources as I can't access and/or read them. No evidence of copyvio or plagiarism. Sorta interesting hook, but it might be too quirky given WP:DYKHOOK "If the subject is a work of fiction or a fictional character, the hook must involve the real world in some way." QPQ is OK.
