Usage
Add {{DisputedAssertion}} after a fact or posit to signify that just that statement may not be entirely factual or accurate. To specify a section of the discussion on the talk page, use {{DisputedAssertion|talk page section name}}.
Do not add this to a page more than a reasonable number of times. Please consider using one of the other templates mentioned below instead.
