Usage
Usually, this will be used as:
Alternatively, one could use:
{{val|12|e=8|u=Earth radius}}→ Template:Val{{val|12|e=8|u=R_Earth}}→ Template:Val
Instead of {{Earth radius}} one can use the shorter version {{R+}} with the same functionality:
{{R+|10}}→ Template:R+{{R+}}→ Template:R+{{val|12|e=8|u=R+}}→ Template:Val
Options
To include a link to Earth radius, use the |link=yes parameter (or |link=y):
{{Earth radius|link=yes}}→ R⊕{{R+|link=yes}}→ Template:R+
Alternatively, one could use:
{{val|12|e=8|ul=Earth radius}}→ Template:Val{{val|12|e=8|ul=R_Earth}}→ Template:Val{{val|12|e=8|ul=R+}}→ Template:Val
