Usage
This template is used to indicate that you encountered an edit conflict when you were replying to a comment in a discussion.
- Adding
{{edit conflict}}produces: (edit conflict)
The number of conflicts you encountered may also be specified as an unnamed parameter to the template.
- For example,
{{edit conflict|3}}produces: (edit conflict × 3)
This template may help to indicate that one is replying to an older state of a discussion and may not take more recent replies into account.
