Arbitrators and clerks, please remember: When moving an arbitrator between the active, inactive, and recused groups of arbitrators on a case, you must remember to update the tallies for the affected groups. For example, if you move an arbitrator from inactive on case X to active on case X, you must also subtract one from the number of inactive arbitrators and add one to the number of active arbitrators for case X. In practical terms this means that after changing the contents of a |list= parameter on a case, you will also have to change at least two of the |active=, |inactive=, or |recused= parameters for the same case. Failing to do this will make the templated majority calculation incorrect, an error which may not be noticed until the case closes! Ask on clerks-l if you aren't sure what to do.
