This maintenance template adds articles to the hidden category Category:EngvarB to denote articles that have non-specific spelling that cannot be identified as American English or Canadian English spelling. User:Ohconfucius/USE disclaimer

This is a dated template. After an article has been initially tagged, and bearing in mind article evolution, periodic script or bot runs clean up spellings, correcting any new introductions since its last visit, and updating the visit date on the {{EngvarB}} template.

Also consider using User:Ohconfucius/script/EngvarB.
