Pros
This book shows the character traits of persistence and being hard working. And this is an important concept book for young students to read because it shows the word beautiful through varied perspectives. [1]
A verified purcahed spoke up about this book. It is about growing up in a tough area and how even there, we can find something beautiful and we can plan to do something beautiful with ourlives. The author's own story at the end of the book was lovely too. Everyone should read this book. First, we need to understand what other kids wee going through in their neighborhoods. This book did not address everything that happens, but enough. We could not forget this truth and this reality. Second, we need to empower kids in those areas to see the beauty all around them and pursue their beautiful dreams. [2]
