| This is a documentation subpage for Template:Featured list. It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
| This template is used on approximately 3,700 pages and changes may be widely noticed. Test changes in the template's /sandbox or /testcases subpages, or in your own user subpage. Consider discussing changes on the talk page before implementing them.
Transclusion count updated automatically (see documentation). |
Usage
This template places a small star (
) in the top right corner of a list to indicate that it is a featured list on Wikipedia, and that it has met the featured list criteria, successfully passing a nomination on the featured list candidates page.
This template should be placed at the bottom of the article before defaultsort, categories and interwikis. It should be removed if a featured list is delisted via consensus on the featured list removal candidates page, as well as pages that have never passed through the featured list candidates process.
