Usage
{{First article if new|Article name}}
This template is used by speedy deletion notification templates to leave a {{First article}} welcome message if placed on a talk page that didn't exist before the notification. The idea is that a user without a talk page is likely a complete newcomer, and some extra guidance may be appropriate.
The optional parameter nothanks=yes will suppress the "thank you for your contributions" phrase. It is also possible to suppress the "Welcome!" heading by using the optional parameter header=no.
