This template is used to display a small flag and a country name with a wikilink to the country's page for the specified Pan American Games.
Usage
{{Flag PASO team|country|year}}
- country is a country code (e.g. COL for Colombia, see the list of IOC country codes for others)
- year is a four-digit year (e.g. 2011 for the 2011 Pan American Games), it is used to create a link to "<country> at the <year> Pan American Games" (e.g. Colombia at the 2011 Pan American Games)
