| File:Edit-copy green.svg | This is a documentation subpage for Template:Frequency. It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. |
Template for radio/ TV frequencies.
Contents
Usage
Use:
{{Frequency | [value] | [type] }}
For example:
- {{Frequency|102.4|MHz}}
renders as:
- 102.4 MHz
The units may be linked:
- {{Frequency|102.4|[[MHz]]}}
renders as:
- 102.4 MHz
Limitations
The template is not yet ready for use with frequency ranges such as 92.5-96.1 MHz.
Microformat
The template uses the draft "hMeasure" microformat as discussed at [1].
this uses the HTML classes:
- hmeasure
- num (for "number value")
- unit
