Usage

This template will categorize articles that include it into Category:Wikipedia articles incorporating text from the United States National Library of Medicine.

There are four optional parameters: url, article, author, and accessdate. The parameters url and article should be used together.

For example, {{GHR}} produces:

 This article incorporates public domain material from the United States National Library of Medicine document: "Genetics Home Reference".
