FRANCISCO RIOS

CEO / FOUNDER

TV VISION NETWORK

Francisco Rios has more than 24 years of business development and leadership experience building broadcast television, audio and institutional video media production.

Francisco had an immediate impact on commercial advertising at an early age as the Latin American representative for Heineken Beer. In his role, he produced, directed and announced advertisements leading to significant growth of sales revenues in the Latin marketplace.

Because of his rare talents in media broadcasting, Francisco began a journey through the world of communication. Leading to his present position of Vice President/General Manager, he is responsible for the production budget, station direction, and engineering, promotion, sales and marketing of a new Hispanic family orientated local television station.  Francisco has enjoyed network ownership and his plans are to take TV Vision to satellite and cable network as well.

Francisco’s exceptional track record of business development in communication, fluent in Spanish and English, has enabled him to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth impediments that go far beyond marketing. He has been employed by Telemundo, Univision, VidaVision, The Mirecle Network to refine their organizational structure, product lines, sourcing, sales channels, production, market position, and general advertising.

When you compare the path that Francisco has traveled in the past 20 years, it is obvious that he has the expertise and talent to direct the future channel of any media related project.  His voyage included responsibilities and activities including, but not limited to, announcing, sales, promotion, photographer, camera man, business development and most importantly, the producer.

As a producer, Francisco’s most noteworthy achievement, “Turismo Al Dia”, which was sponsored by Carnival Cruise Lines, American Airlines, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Walt Disney World, ran successfully on air 4 years.  Other production accomplishments incorporated programs for Telemundo, Me Salve, AT&T and, of course, Heineken.

Francisco received his Marketing degree from Sagrado Corazon University in Puerto Rico. He is active in CPR Ministries and lives in the Tampa area with his wife, daughter and son.
