A template to link to entries in Harpers Dictionary of Classical Antiquities

Usage

The optional parameters are:

last= — last name of the author of the respective entry. 
first= — first name(s) of the author of the respective entry. 
title= — refers to the name of the entry in the dictionary.
wstitle= — if the entry in the dictionary is on Wikisource
page=  — refers to the page number on which the respective entry appears.
pages= — refers to the page numbers of if the respective entry spans more than one page.
ref= — it defaults to harv but can be changed.
mode=  — to alter the mode from CS1 to CS2
