  Im an upcoming enterprenuer living in Kenya, who is producing ice pops and im planning to start producing ice cream for sale. however, im faced with the challenge of maintainig the ice cream as they would be maintained in a freezer. As i would be vending the ice cream in places where i cant carry the freezer with me.

  I have seen other established entities in the business providing their vendors with cold plates that are charged in coldrooms that emit colder temperatures than freezers. While i have tried to get to know the science behind it, i've not been successful Im requesting anyone who can help me know what chemical gas or liquid is normally poured in the plates before being charged.

 Please help me.
 Im an upcoming enterprenuer living in Kenya, who is producing ice pops and im planning to start producing ice cream for sale. however, im faced with the challenge of maintainig the ice cream as they would be maintained in a freezer. As i would be vending the ice cream in places where i cant carry the freezer with me.
