This template can be used for military persons, who are Heroes of the Soviet Union and for cities, those are Hero Cities. Use it instead of these link Hero of the Soviet Union or Hero City. It should be put in the awards field in the template {{Infobox military person}} or {{Infobox astronaut}}.
