Usage

This template renders the standard Israeli currency abbreviation (NIS) and an optional value. The abbreviation provides an informative link to the Israeli new shekel article.

  • {{ILS|123.45}} produces 123.45 (with a space between the abbreviation and the value).
  • {{ILS}} by itself produces (simple currency article link).

The link to Israeli new shekel can be turned on and off using the link parameter.

  • {{ILS|link=yes|123.45}} produces 123.45 (link is turned on).
  • {{ILS|link=no|123.45}} produces ₪123.45 (link is turned off).

{{NIS}}, {{shekel}} and {{sheqel}} redirect to here and have the same effect.
