Notes
If the hex code #CC2200 is used as the color, this template will switch to using the {{Red link}} template automatically.
In other words, and {{LinkColor|#CC2200|Article}} are the same as {{LinkColor|#CC2200|Article|whatever text}} and {{Red link|Article}}.
