Template:Template doc page viewed directly

This template allows to easily use Special:Prefixindex, which is a special page listing all Wikipedia's pages of a given namespace and beginning with a given prefix.

Using this template will generate a link to this special page listing all Wikipedia's articles beginning with the given parameter (or, if no parameter is given, the page of the name on which it is used) and will display the text "All pages beginning with".

Example

Case Code Result
with parameter {{Lookfrom|Alan|Image}} All pages with titles beginning with Image:Alan
with parameter {{Lookfrom|Alan}} All pages with titles beginning with Alan
with parameter {{Lookfrom|2=Image}} All pages with titles beginning with Image:Look from/doc
no parameter {{Lookfrom}} All pages with titles beginning with Template:Look from/doc
