Parameters
- First parameter (optional) - specifies whether the subject's preferred gender is m (male) or f (female)
- Second parameter (optional) - specified additional topics that might produce heated discussions

This is the basic, generic usage for articles about transgender people. {{MOS-TRANS}} produces:
