Notes:
- ↑ Since all four semi-finalists of the 2019–20 Coppa Italia (Juventus, Internazionale, Napoli, and Milan) are currently in the top 7 of the Serie A table, the seventh-placed team would be assured of a berth in the 2020–21 UEFA Europa League. If Milan were to win the Coppa Italia, they would qualify for the Europa League group stage and Napoli would enter the second qualifying round. If any of the other three clubs were to win the Coppa Italia, Napoli would qualify for the group stage and Milan would enter the second qualifying round.
