This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are sourced inline, the article is neutral and I detected no policy issues. A QPQ has been done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:23, 8 February 2019 (UTC)
Hi, I came by to promote this, but I don't find the hook so interesting because I don't know what the Greater London Council is. Perhaps you could add more detail, or suggest something more colorful? Yoninah (talk) 22:29, 23 February 2019 (UTC)

- ALT1: ... that the Greater London Group, a research centre of academics at the London School of Economics, played a major role in the reformation of the structure of London government in the 1960s?
- The interest being that it's unusual for academics to have this level of effect. Wasted Time R (talk) 23:17, 23 February 2019 (UTC)
