Template:MOS-TM
Revision as of 02:04, 22 June 2012 by imported>Joe Decker (I am not entirely happy with the "logically impossible"/etc. here, but this is my best shot at translating the improvements made to MOS-TW here.)
| Because this article contains material about one or more trans men, it should adhere to Wikipedia's guideline on identity for trans men, even if it is not a biography. According to MOS:IDENTITY, such a man should be referred to using the gendered names and pronouns (e.g., "he", "his") that "reflect [his] latest expressed gender self-identification." This applies in references to any phase of his life. Quotations may need to be handled as exceptions. Also please avoid phrases that seem logically impossible or distracting (e.g. use (Last name) gave birth to..., not He gave birth to....) If material violating this guideline is repeatedly inserted, or if there are other related issues, please report the issue to the WT:LGBT, or, in the case of living trans men, to WP:BLPN. |
