Instructions
- Leave the box labelled Subject/headline blank.
- Place the text of your article in the blank area as directed. You may want to open Wikipedia:How to edit a page in a different window or tab in your web browser to help you format your article correctly.
- Use your own words; do not copy content from another website.
- However you may wish to find a similar Wikipedia article to examine its wikitext for guidance on layout
- List your sources in the blank area as directed.
- All articles must cite at least one published, specific, third-party source for the information, such as a book or a page on a reputable website. Please provide a URL or link if you wish to use an internet source. We must be able to verify your source, so sources such as Google or "personal knowledge" will be rejected. If you do not include at least one valid source your article will be rejected.
- If possible use the format shown in Wikipedia:Footnotes to cite specific claims in the text. Those citations will appear automatically as footnotes in the References section.
- If you require help with your submission, visit our live chat. Enter "guest" and then a random number as your "Nickname".
- When you are finished, click "Save page". You are all done! Thank you for your submission.
- (You may ignore the default instruction below to sign your posts - it is not necessary here.)
