Usage

This template should be added to all Route Diagram Templates of Australian railways.

It will automatically include the diagram in Category:Templates for railway lines of Australia.

The optional named parameter |line= will include the railway name as a link, for example,

{{Australian-railway-routemap|line=Kalamunda Zig Zag}}

will change the first line of the template to:

grey

The optional named parameter |type= will change “a railway in Australia” to “a alternate text in Australia”. For example,

{{Australian-railway-routemap|type=tramway}}

will change the first line of the template to:

grey

and,

{{Australian-railway-routemap|line=Dulwich Hill Line|type=[[light rail]] line}}

will change the first line of the template to:

grey

The optional named parameter |place= will change “a railway in Australia” to “a railway in alternate text”. For example,

{{Australian-railway-routemap|place=[[Tasmania]]}}

will change the first line of the template to:

grey

Adding the code |cat=no will suppress inclusion in Category:Templates for railway lines of Australia.
