This helper template calculates periods for Belgian certifications, as stated in the following source:

  • [1] - certification until 2006
  • [2] - certification from October 2007
  • [3] - certification from September 2010

This leaves some interim periods with no reliable sources, which the calling template should handle.

It returns:

Before 2006 Before October 2007 Before September 2010 From September 2010

Returns 0 if the data provided is insufficient
