Use this template if an article includes public domain material from 1991 version of the Dictionary of Occupational Terms.
Usage
Either use the template {{DOT1991}} with no arguments, producing
This article incorporates public domain material from the U.S. Department of Labor document: [Script error: No such module "If empty". "Script error: No such module "If empty"."] Check |url=value (help).
Or supply two arguments, article for the title of the document, and url, the URL that links to the document, to refer to a specific page in the Dictionary.
{{DOT1991|article=An article|url=http://www.dol.gov/somewhere.html}} produces
