Creates a category of the form "YYY0s television films", where YYY0s is a 4-digit decade.
e.g.
- Category:1940s television films 13px
- Category:1970s television films 13px
- Category:2000s television films 13px
It is not for use on other types of categories, e.g.
- Category:1930s in television 13px
- Category:1960s in television by country 13px
- Category:2010s films 13px

Errors
If the template is used on an invalid page, an error message is generated and the page is categorised in:

Script error: No such module "Purge".
Errors include:
- The page is not in the category namespace
- The page's title does not take the form form "YYY0s television films"
