- ... that the 2016 edition of Milan–San Remo needed to take a 9 km (5.6 mi) detour due to a landslide blocking the original route?

- 16px Article is long enough, 5x expanded in time frame and nominated. Image File:Milan–San Remo logo.svg does not have a rationale for use on this article and in fact does not need one as it should be removed. I see no point in having non-free image in all year-wise articles of this race. Other images are fine from Commons. I could not find the reference that detour was of 9 kms. The post-race section has now got to many long quotes. Those should be trimmed or removed. Also, this seems to be your 6th DYK nom and hence from now onwards QPQs would be required. §§Dharmadhyaksha§§ {Talk / Edits} 06:55, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
