Adirondack Railway (1976–1981)
- ... that the Adirondack Railway revived passenger train service between Utica and Lake Placid, New York for the 1980 Winter Olympics?

New and long enough, checks for copvio reveals no problems (e.g. Earwig's Copyvio Detector), all non-lead paragraphs have inline citations, QPQ review performed by nominator.
- The only problem is that a source is required in the article to verify content of the hook, no further than at the end of the sentence that contains the information. I added a source that I found to the article in hopes to correct this, but the source does not state the locations. North America1000 00:46, 26 August 2015 (UTC)
- I think the NYSDEC report is sufficient, yes? It says the following: "A trackwork program was instituted which would permit passenger service between Utica and Lake Placid during the 1980 Winter Olympics. This involved additional work not originally contemplated, so an additional $850,000 in State funds was obligated. Operation began in November, 1979." Mackensen (talk) 00:50, 26 August 2015 (UTC)
Good to go per the above. Indeed, the source I added does have the locations. I have copy edited the article, and content of the hook is now verified by a reliable source. North America1000 01:18, 26 August 2015 (UTC)
