Agnes Ballard
- ... that Agnes Ballard (pictured) was the first woman licensed as an architect in Florida in 1914, and the first woman elected to public office in Florida in 1920? Source: "She was the first woman licensed architect in the state of Florida...in 1914..." from [1] and "The first Florida woman elected to office...was Miss Agnes Ballard, who was chosen Palm Beach county superintendent of public instruction" from [2] (note latter source misreports the year, other sources in article are clear it is 1920)
- ALT1:... that Agnes Ballard (pictured) of Florida was both the first woman licensed as an architect and the first woman elected to public office in that state?

Interesting life, on excellent sources, no copyvio obvious. The image is licensed and shows decently in small size. - Sorry, I don't lie these "first - first" hooks. I am surprised that there's not much talk in the article about what she designed as an architectm but think "apartments, residences and hot dog stands" would sound interesting, combined with one "first" perhaps. - I formatted the pictured-clause for you. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:05, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
