- 16px The article is new enough and has over the required number (1896) characters. However, the sources are kind of problematic. Ref 1 (qcoco.com), for instance, is a forum and thus cannot be used as a reliable source. The article does not cite a single academic source. Երևանցի talk 10:23, 9 October 2015 (UTC)

- 16px I agree with Template:U's original review. I've copyedited the article a bit, but it cannot be fixed without rewriting significant portions of it. Most references are problematic, except for one government source. The nominator has not attempted to address any of the issues, and has in the past made bad nominations such as this one. -Zanhe (talk) 20:31, 6 November 2015 (UTC)
