As far as the rest, new enough; long enough (~3.5k elig. chars.); refs would benefit from a #Citation, #Bibliography format to reduce all the redundant info about Shipwrecks... but that's not a DYK concern; Earwig checks out; there is some close phrasing ("...proved to be..." &c.) from Shipwrecks... but it's well out of copyright; I'd move the first part of the hook to the end as a phrasing issue, but that's not a reason to hold up the nomination. — LlywelynII 08:59, 14 January 2018 (UTC)
