International Lover

  • Symbol question.svg Date, length, neutrality and originality are fine. The hook is great (and is a fine choice for the date mentioned) but are you able to find a better source for the fact than gossipcop.com? I also see that a large part of the first paragraph is cited to princevault.com, a wiki, which in turn is sourced to a book. I would suggest that you either cite the book directly or find another source since citing other wikis is pretty iffy. 97198 (talk) 16:23, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
  • I imagine that people from WP:SONG might be able to find a better source. Also, there are almost surely print listings of the nominees in 1984 publications. Maybe 1984 Rolling Stone or Billboard. However, from what I can tell, that is a WP:RS, although it is not as solid a source as you might want.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 23:42, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
  • I'm personally not prepared to give this a tick for the reasons above but if another reviewer gives a second opinion and is happy to pass it, that's fine with me. 97198 (talk) 15:12, 26 May 2016 (UTC)
  • I found this source, would it be better if it was swapped for gossipcop? Montanabw(talk) 09:13, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
  • No clue, but 97198 was complaining about gossipcop, so figured that overkill wouldn't hurt. ;-) Montanabw(talk) 05:09, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
  • Symbol confirmed.svg I'm not that concerned about gossipcop versus awardsandshows, the hook is sourced, and multiple locations verify it, so I'm passing this. Be nice to put in a more unimpeachable source before it hits the main page, though. Montanabw(talk) 05:55, 31 May 2016 (UTC)
