Lutherkirche, Wiesbaden
- ... that the Lutherkirche in Wiesbaden has two great organs, one behind the altar (pictured) built by Walcker in 1911, the other opposite built by Klais in the 1970s?
- Reviewed: Zourafa
- Comment: too complicated to explain that the Walcker organ was found worthless in the 1970s, the Klais organ added, then Klais restored also the Walcker as a historic treasure

It's certainly new enough, long enough, and well-written, but there's a big problem with the references - the "Architecture" and "Organs and church music" sections are almost completely unsourced. The hook is only half-sourced (a source is cited for the Klais organ but not the Walcker one). These issues need to be fixed before the article can be accepted. - When I nominated, the article was different from what it is now ;) - What you call big problem is that more was translated from German where things are notoriously not referenced inline. Should we remove that until after DYK? (I hope that is a rhetoric question.) - I will go and see what I can do. Thank you, Furius, for expanding!
- I added a ref for the organs, but have no more time now. Please be patient, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:57, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
- Update: more refs, - architecture still missing, but two paragraphs are simply descriptions of what the images show. I will have limited time until next week. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:05, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
- With a bit of time, I searched for an equivalent for this this, but can't find Wiesbaden. - How about believing the official site (and the images) for architecture? Going to travel for a few days, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:06, 17 July 2015 (UTC)
- Back. I found a good ref, a review on a book on the subject (Karl Dienst). Wish I had the book ;) - What do think now? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:50, 24 July 2015 (UTC)
- Compromise: I found a ref for the hight of the tower and the unusual roof construction, and dropped the other two figures (though probably correct and in the Baedeker, but I don't know which page) and the skyline thing, - really not needed ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:33, 26 July 2015 (UTC)
- Yoninah, did you read the review? The article was fine and everything sourced until Furius generously expanded, translating from German. Never again will I do that, promised. DYK can have minimum articles when for adding substance you get punished. German articles come without inline citations, I spent already hours finding sources, hours I could have used better creating articles. - For FA, you have to source contentious claims, but DYK is a different story. End of rant. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:31, 31 July 2015 (UTC)
- ps: nothing unsourced now, btw --Gerda Arendt (talk) 05:43, 1 August 2015 (UTC)
