Nana Otuo Siriboe II

Symbol question.svg Interesting life, on good sources, no copyvio obvious. I didn't know what a paramount chief is, so suggest we link it in the infobox, hook, lead (where it should be mentioned) and first time in the body (it's 2nd now). Am I the only one not to know what "enstoolment" means? I am not familiar with naming conventions, can you explain why you call him Nana Siriboe, which doesn't look like surname to me. I'd think that Ghana is among the well-known countries that don't need a link. Can you be consistent about the capitalisation of "council of state"? I don't think we need the president's honorific title, and feel that the line "with whom the discussed issues of mutual interest" doesn't add substance. You need to repeat his name instead of "his" after you talked about someone else (Nabila). In "He regularly makes public statements which seeks to affect but government and private industry polices.", - statements "seek" (plural), and I don't understand "but". "Nana Otu Siriboe II, revealed", - no comma there, and "revealed" is too strong. In the positions' list, please be consistent about "of the". How do you feel about this rewording of the hook (which I like better than the ALTs)?
