Article long enough, expanded enough, and fully cited; hook short enough, interesting enough, and cited to on/offline sources. I removed "1967" from the hook since we don't mention when he was hired and "later" renders it unnecessary anyway. My one suggestion for the article is that the lead could stand another sentence or two but not a stopper for DYK. Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 06:41, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
