Article talk page must be changed from Stub to Start. Please give the lead image some alt text. Should this caption be shortened to "Russian Bank"? The length, date and referencing are good. Neutrality is fine. The image is public domain, used in the article. QPQ is satisfied. I wonder why two alternate names are in the hook but not Wrangle and Double Solitaire.
