Shell growth in estuaries
- ... that temperature and salinity variations produced by ocean tides and freshwater rivers in estuaries (pictured) make them ideal habitats for studying how these factors affect the growth of shells?

Article looks good although it's origin (an essay-like AFC submission) gave me pause. Nonetheless, the original text does not appear to be a copyvio and Epipelagic's top-to-bottom workover of the article was excellent. Spot-checked refs (including several applying directly to the hook) look OK, and I feel confident of the overall quality given Epipelagic's thorough work-over of the article.
