Notes:
  1. 1.0 1.1 Since Porto and Sporting, both finalists of the 2018–19 Taça de Portugal, have qualified for European competition based on league position, the spot awarded to the cup winners (Europa League group stage) is passed to the fourth-placed team, and the spot originally meant for the fourth-placed team (Europa League third qualifying round) is passed to the fifth-placed team.
  2. Moreirense failed to obtain UEFA licence, thus ineligible to qualify to UEFA competitions.[1] Therefore, the Europa League third qualifying round spot is given to the next best-placed team not already qualified for Europe.
