Template:Abuse-response
Welcome!
Hello, Example,
I'm sorry to see that an inappropriate or abusive message was left on your talk page. We removed it. That is not how we want people to be welcomed on Wikipedia!
The user account that left the abuse has been (or soon will be) blocked from editing. If inappropriate content shows up again, please freely drop me a note on my talk page or (for ongoing issues) report the matter at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism
You can delete this message any time. I hope you will continue editing, and find it enjoyable.
| This template should always be substituted (i.e., use {{subst:Abuse-response}}). Any accidental transclusions will be automatically substituted by a bot. |
| This template is substituted very frequently, so changes to it will be widely noticed. Please test any changes in the template's /sandbox or /testcases subpages, or in your own user subpage. Please consider discussing changes on the talk page before implementing them. |
Usage
This template is intended to be used to reassure new editors who have had unequivocal abuse posted on their talk page. Do not use if they have simply been in a dispute, or warned for improper behaviour.
