Use this template to add an icon at the top of your userpage for an article that you wrote or expanded five times which appeared on Wikipedia:Did you know. Mousing/hovering over the icon will show the Did you know "hook" text you specified. Clicking on the icon will go to the article.
This template is a derivative of {{topicon}}.
Usage

| article_name = Name of the article
| hook = The DYK hook that was used
| date = The date the article was displayed on the main page under [[WP:DYK]]
| sortorder = Determines the order topicons are shown: recommended is date in YYYY-MM-DD format, to put them in chronological order.
| icon = Optional name of image file for icon; see below

Only the article name is strictly required, the other parameters are optional.
