• ... that 46 Italian paratroopers died in a Royal Air Force Lockheed C-130 Hercules which crashed off the Livorno coast in 1971?

• Article new enough and long enough at time of nomination. I'm concerned about how the target article is laid out in the hook. It seems unlikely that a casual reader reading the hook would click on crashed. I would recommend rewording so that the main article is given preeminence. Also your QPQ is incomplete. You only mention checks for length and newness. A more thorough review needed. EagerToddler39 (talk) 04:46, 26 January 2014 (UTC)

• ALT1 ... that 46 Italian paratroopers died in the 1971 RAF Hercules crash aboard a British aircraft?
  • Nope, no need to change anything, it's commonplace to link the "crashed" in this kind of blurb. And considering the article I've reviewed has already been closed, I don't consider anything here to be actionable. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:02, 2 February 2014 (UTC)
