Castle Quest (BBC Micro)

:* ALT1:... that the 1985 video game Castle Quest was considered to have the best side-scrolling on the BBC Micro, and it could have been considered the "best game" were it not for Elite?

:* ALT4:... that 'Scrollerama' was the name of a smooth hardware scrolling technique used in the 1985 BBC Micro video game Castle Quest'?

  • Symbol question.svg size and vintage check out - nice little article. Not fond of either hook (the comparison with Elite was one writer's opinion). I think something mentioning the smooth side-scrolling and the humorous word "scrollerama" would work best. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 13:13, 27 February 2014 (UTC)
Thanks. I've concocted ALTs 2, 3 and 4. Any good? (And go on, have a play under emulation... you know you want to!) -- Trevj (talk · contribs) 16:42, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
  • Symbol confirmed.svg let's take ALT3 - I think that one reads best. good to go. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 21:06, 1 March 2014 (UTC)
