Expansion recent enough. More than 5x expanded. QPQ done. Unlinked "park" in hook. The article states that the park opened in July 1929, not that the land was donated in 1929. However, a source states, " In July of 1929 S. B. and his wife Hattie, donated land to the Oregon State Highway Department for the use of a park". All paragraphs cited.
